Once you have settled into your new home you will receive two courtesy visits from us in the first week. One of our sales negotiators will call by to ensure you are settling in well and you will also be visited by the site manager who will make sure you have no issues with your new property.
Following these visits and on the completion of any teething problems noted by you, you will then be handed over to our customer care department, who will deal with any issues you may have with your home thereafter.

At New City Vision we endeavour to ensure that your home is finished to the very highest standard. In the event that you have any teething problems with your new property both our excellent customer care and repair team will be on hand to resolve any issues promptly..
Complaints
We take our customer care very seriously and our team are always here to help.- Our customer care department will stay in regular touch for the first month of you moving in to your property.
- You will be provided with contact details for the department which will allow you to report any problems or difficulties you encounter.
