New City Vision in Drumchapel

We were delighted to win Scotland's largest single regeneration project, which involves the building of 1200 new units over eight sites.  It is of vital importance to us to reconnect the community through new and existing houses, schools, community facilities and specially designed routes between different parts of the area.

In addition to consistent house design, we have high environmental standards and we are improving existing assets, such as ancient woodland.  We are also dedicated to delivering training and job opportunities, significant public arts budgets and a community endowment fund, which will be allocated by local residents and councillors.
