Here at New City Vision, we take our environmental responsbilities very seriously.  As a company we always maximise the use of sustainable materials, minimise the impact any development has on the local environment, work closely with consultants who specialise in eco-friendly solutions, keep waste to a minimum and maintain a constant awareness of environmental issues.

But we do not just stop there.  We make sure that we do everything we can to minimise the energy bills of the people who buy or rent the homes we build.  In times of sharply rising energy costs, it's key that we help people keep their energy consumption down. 

Some of the initiatives we have developed aret he use of air source heat pumps, recycling grey water and installation of super efficient boilers.  Together, with our sister company Energetics, we are constantly ensuring that we are at the forefront of energy saving solutions.
