You have found the home of your dreams, now all you need to do is make sure you secure it. Simply fill in the reservation form, confirming your details, house type, price, plot number and reservation period, This will secure you home for a set number of days. *

Mortgage
New City Vision have a team of independent financial advisers who will help you crunch numbers and sort out the best mortgage for you. Alternatively, you may wish to arrange the mortgage yourself. Either way, it's really important you get all your finances in order as soon as possible.
Solicitors/Conveyancer
Buying a new home means you will need to instruct a solicitor or conveyancer. We can help you with this and also recommend a list of independent legal advisers.
