BUYING ADVICE

Our friendly and experienced sales team are on hand to help you every step of the way.  They can provide you with all the information which will assist you through the first stages of buying your home.  This includes regular progress reports on construction work, legal completion and your all-important move in dates.

Once contracts/missives are exchanged we will arrange for a demonstration in your new home, so that you can be fully acquainted with all its features.  We will provide you with a useful handover pack, which will also help you to get to know your new home.

Before Moving In

Our sales team are here to provide you with lots of helpful advice on what you need to do before moving into your new home.  This includes information on contactiing your solicitor, informing utility companies and removal arrangements.  So, if you have any questions or need advice on a particular matter, do not hesitate to give them a call.
