Building the right relationship
 

Every project we work on is different but one thing remains the same.  We always build great relationships with the individuals and companies that we work with.  It is crucial for us to understand and liaise closely with others, so that the best results are always achieved.  Here are a few examples of some of our working partnerships.
 

• Liverpool - this development has a complex funding structure for the affordable housing which has led to a close relationship between Liverpool City Council, Cobalt HA and ourselves.
• Drumchapel - here our key relationship is with Glasgow City Council but we also worked together with City Building and local employment agencies.
• Gartloch - we consult with the residents through Gartloch Community Council and also have strong ties with the previous owner of the site, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
• Renton - Working together with Cordale HA, we have ensured a healthy relationship with our local suppliers which has resulted in a significant level of investment in local businesses.
