New City Vision in Renton, Dunbartonshire

Situated on the banks of the River Leven, this landmark development comprises of one hundred and eleven rented homes and eighteen shared equity homes.  The ground was raised to prevent flooding and the use of demolition material was recycled and the historic Mill Lade was reconstructed.  A comprehensive landscaping approach was undertaken introducing large areas of planting and open space, including three new play areas.
