New City Vision is a residential property development company formed in 2002 by developers Bishop Loch,  Laing O’Rourke and Cannon Kirk (Dublin based). 

We currently have three exciting developments located within the UK - Eller Green in Liverpool, Gartloch Village on the outskirts of Glasgow and most recently Gaskin View in the West of Glasgow.
